New Student Checklist

What to Bring to Every Class

  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during high-intensity training.

  • Sweat Towel: Recommended for personal comfort during heavy workouts.

  • Jump Rope: Used for conditioning and footwork drills. (Not needed for first class)

  • Focus Mitts: Essential for striking practice. (Not needed for first class)

Attire & Footwear

  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose-fitting t-shirts and shorts or sweatpants designed for movement.

  • Dedicated Fitness Shoes: Bring indoor-only shoes with good traction to protect the shared studio floor.

  • Change at the Door: Do not wear your training shoes outside the studio.

  • Proper Hygiene: Please ensure clean attire as you will be training in close proximity to others.

Studio Safety & Rules

  • Nut-Free Zone: Do not bring snacks containing peanuts, tree nuts, or nut oils.

  • No Food or Gum: These are not permitted inside the studio training area.

  • Billing Awareness: If you are on auto-pay, remember that you must notify us to stop future charges, as there are no refunds.
